AIRPORT & GROUP
TRANSPORTATION
Guests are responsible for booking their own flights. To make your experience seamless, Coastal Tides Retreats provides group shuttle transportation between the airport and retreat location, as well as to scheduled retreat activities.
IMPORTANT: Exact shuttle times and designated airport locations will be coordinated with each confirmed participant after your deposit is received. This ensures that all participants are accommodated efficiently and the experience remains stress-free.
Full details and answers to arrival/departure questions will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
Booking & Payment Details
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your retreat spot. Retreat fee is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Retreat dates must be selected from the available options listed at checkout.
About us
Coastal Tides Retreats was created as a gentle refuge for anyone seeking rest, clarity, and reconnection. Set along the coast, each retreat is intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional renewal, and inner calm through mindful movement, nourishing meals, and unstructured time to simply be. The experience is slow, grounding, and ease-filled—offering space to soften, reset, and return home feeling restored.
Every detail of the retreat is thoughtfully considered to remove the pressure of decision-making and daily responsibility. From the moment guests arrive, they are guided into a spacious rhythm of rest, care, and presence—with coastal scenery, gentle practices, and shared moments that encourage reflection and ease. Oregon Coast retreats also include a guided two-hour horseback ride along the beach, offering a uniquely grounding way to connect with the coastline. The intention is not to fix or force change, but to create an environment where clarity naturally emerges and a softer, more supported way of living can be remembered.
THIRD-PARTY ACTIVITIES & LIABILITY (HORSEBACK RIDING — OREGON COAST ONLY)
Certain retreat experiences offered by Coastal Tides Retreats, including the guided two-hour beach horseback riding experience available exclusively during Oregon Coast retreats, are provided and operated by independent third-party service providers. Coastal Tides Retreats does not own, manage, employ, or directly supervise these third-party operators.
Coastal Tides Retreats’ role is limited to coordinating and facilitating access to such experiences for guest convenience. All horseback riding activities are conducted solely under the direction, safety standards, rules, and supervision of the third-party provider.
Participation in horseback riding is entirely voluntary. Guests acknowledge that horseback riding involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, falls, environmental conditions, animal behavior, and unforeseen circumstances. By choosing to participate, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.
Guests may be required by the third-party provider to sign a separate waiver, release of liability, or assumption of risk agreement prior to participation. Failure or refusal to sign such documentation may result in forfeiture of participation without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Tides Retreats shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, or expense arising from or related to participation in third-party activities, including horseback riding. Any claims, injuries, or disputes arising from these activities must be addressed directly with the third-party provider.
No refunds, credits, or substitutions will be provided for third-party activities that are missed, declined, altered, delayed, or canceled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, provider availability, or guest choice.
